Application
Commonly used injection techniques: microdermal papule, tunnel retrograde, fan, cross technique, etc. The introduction of the drug can also be carried out using automatic "mesotherapy guns" and other devices.

Small ecchymosis and petechiae may occur at injection sites, especially in patients taking acetylsalicylic acid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and other drugs that affect blood clotting.

Perhaps the combined use of RRS with other injectable drugs. The specialist must verify the compatibility of the means used.

Before the introduction of RRS preparations, the specialist must provide the patient with full information about possible side effects (pain during the procedure, redness, bruising, swelling, local inflammatory reaction, usually disappearing within 24 hours after the procedure), clarify the allergic history.

Injections are carried out in compliance with the rules of asepsis and antiseptics. After the procedure, stick a label with the lot number and expiration date of the drug on the patient card.

Precautionary measures
In the case of a positive allergic history, a preliminary allergy test is recommended. The card contains a record of the result of the staged test, indicating the lot and the amount of the administered drug.

The vial is opened immediately before injection. The opened bottle is not subject to storage.

Be sure to inform patients taking anticoagulants about the risk of ecchymosis and hematomas during the procedure. Cancel the intake of acetylsalicylic acid and (or) non-steroidal drugs a week before the proposed procedure, after agreeing with the attending physician.

Avoid getting the drug in the eyes.

Do not inject the drug into blood vessels, tendons, muscles, ligaments and other tissues.

Do not heat, do not freeze.

Inform the patient about possible side effects, precautions, contraindications.

There are no scientific data on mutual tolerance and on possible reactions between the drug and other intradermal implants (fillers). This should be taken into account even if they are introduced into different zones.

If the patient has previously been injected with a filler, in this case, non-injection use of the drug is possible (transdermally using an electroporation device or a mesoroll. When used transdermally, it is recommended to avoid the interaction of RRS preparations with quaternary ammonium cations (for example, benzalkonium chloride), because upon contact with them, hyaluronic acid precipitates out.

Storage conditions

Store in a dark place at a temperature of 2 to 35 degrees.

Mild edema, small petechiae and ecchymosis can form at the injection sites and resolve on their own within 24-48 hours.

The maximum time of side effects should not exceed 7 days.
