Delivery

Cost of delivery:

• delivery in Ukraine is FREE (if the amount of your order is 2500 UAH or more);
• delivery in Ukraine of orders up to 2500 UAH is paid by the Recipient at the office upon receipt of the parcel at the rates of Nova Poshta.

1. Make an order on the site or by phone.
2. When placing an order on the site, specify the delivery method by selecting the "New Mail" mail service.
3. Get the SMS number with the number of the express invoice (TTN of the consignment note).
4. Track the status of the parcel on the postal service website.
5. Upon the arrival of the parcel, you will receive an SMS from the postal service.
6. Visit the delivery point (or wait for the courier) and receive the parcel (passport or driver's license is required).
7. Check the goods on the spot.

Important!

Before shipping, all goods are inspected and insured at full cost. When you receive the parcel, you need to check the goods directly at the delivery department in the presence of the employee. If the package is damaged, or the product is found to be mechanically damaged, you must refuse the parcel or claim the delivery service. The delivery service reimburses the damage caused if it was caused by its fault.

Note! On delivery to the warehouse of the transport company, the order is stored at the issuing point for no more than 5 working days, after which it is sent back! Only the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order. You must always have an identity card!

Orders with delivery through Nova Poshta are accepted according to the schedule of the carrier's work. The schedule of work of the company "Nova Poshta" can be found on the official website of the company. Also, you can track the order with the help of a special service on the company's website.

Delivery time to the Nova Poshta branch is 1 - 4 days.

 Delivery of the order is carried out by the transport company "Ukrposhta"

Cost of delivery:

• Shipping costs are calculated at the rates of Ukrposhta based on your location and the weight of the order (see - The summary table of postal tariffs you can see on Ukrposhta website ).

For all countries (except Ukraine): Please take into account that your parcel might be subject to the taxes in your county. The tax quotes are set individually in each country by local law. When you buy on the Azum website - you are paying only for the goods themselves plus the delivery price to your country.
