The Soft Peel peeling has the following actions and effects:
- Restructuring effect - mandelic acid is able to reduce the pH of the skin, thus it affects the activity of enzymes contained in the stratum corneum. Various skin conditions, environmental influences, the use of low-quality cosmetics lead to a change in the acid mantle of the skin, and therefore the entire skin barrier.
- Whitening effect - inhibits the process of melanogenesis, blocks the enzyme tyrosinase and tyrosine-binding protein TRP, and also participates in epidermolysis and the destruction of melanin in the basal layer.
- Moisturizing effect - increases skin hydration by stimulating the synthesis of mucopolysaccharides, especially glucosaminoglycans, and, importantly, the effect lasts for a month.
Soft Peel peeling is effective for the following problems:
- hyperpigmentation, melasma, postinflammatory pigmentation, lentigo
- keratolytic effect
- age-related skin changes
- sensitive skin
Directions for use:
Almond peeling is used after cleansing, toning and pre-peeling preparation of the facial skin.
Apply the peeling to the skin of the face, neck and décolleté area with a brush or cotton pad.
Exposure 7-15 minutes.
The exposure time and number of layers applied are determined by the cosmetologist and depend on the skin type and individual sensitivity to mandelic acid.
Peeling can be performed as an independent procedure or as the first step in complex skin care programs.
In these programs, the peeling is applied after cleansing the skin for 5-7 minutes, washed off with water, then a neutralizer is applied, and after that the main care program is performed (moisturizing, nutrition, anti-stress, detoxification, etc.).
Thus, the speed and intensity of the effect of active substances on the skin of the main procedure increases several times, and the effectiveness of the procedure increases.
Despite the relatively mild effect of almond acid on the skin, almond peeling can be used in anti-age programs.
In this case, the almond peeling “Soft Peel” is applied to the skin for 2-3 hours, washed off with cool water, and the face is wiped with a toner (for “dry/normal” skin or “anti-couperose”).
After this, apply a moisturizing fluid (Sensetive series), let the fluid absorb and additionally apply a cream (Sensitive series).
Two days after such peeling, fine scaly peeling may be observed in the areas where the peeling was performed.
