Lisap Developer Special Blue emulsion oxidizer is designed to be mixed with Bleach & Lights Pro Tech and Light Scale bleaching powders. Contains blue pigments that neutralize yellowness. It has the consistency of a creamy emulsion. Provides hair and scalp with superior protection and hydration during the bleaching process.
Application: does not have independent application. Designed to be mixed with Bleach&Lights Pro Tech and Light Scale bleaching powders in strictly defined proportions (see instructions for use of the respective products). An electronic balance must be used to weigh the components. Mixing should be done only in non-metallic containers. Wear protective gloves when applying. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of cold running water and seek medical advice. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
