Action
The dry massage brush exfoliates dead cells of the epidermis, improves blood circulation and lymph drainage, stimulates local metabolism, and promotes the elimination of stagnant fluid and toxins. Thanks to this, the elasticity and firmness of the skin increases, the relief and contours of the body are leveled, the depth and number of stretch marks are reduced; puffiness disappears, the appearance of cellulite and orange peel decreases.
Mode of application
Use the brush before showering on dry skin. Massage intensively, with slight pressure, from bottom to top along the lines of lymph drainage. Start with your legs, in a circular and straight motion from the bottom up, massage your thighs and buttocks, release the pressure in the abdomen and chest area. Rub your back in straight movements, from the lower back to the shoulder blades. Rub the problem areas longer and more intensively. After dry massage, you need to take a contrast shower to wash off the particles of the epidermis and cool the skin. The duration of the massage is 10-15 minutes, the time should be increased gradually. We recommend to carry out the procedure 3-4 times a week.
If, after the massage, a burning sensation and / or red spots on the skin appear, during the next procedure it is necessary to reduce the force of pressure and shorten the exposure time. Notes: For dry massage only! Avoid getting moisture on the brush body!
