Azelaic-salicylic peeling is successfully used to correct aesthetic and dermatological skin problems.
Each of these acids is used in cosmetology separately, but in combination these drugs have a powerful therapeutic effect.
Peeling "Derma Clean" has the following actions and effects:
- Comedolytic and antikeratinizing action. Slows down the processes of proliferation and accelerates the processes of terminal differentiation of keratinocytes. Does not cause dryness and irritation.
- Anti-inflammatory effect. During the action of azelaic acid, the concentration of pro-inflammatory mediators in the inflammation focus decreases. The reduction of the inflammatory process in the skin also occurs through the suppression of free radical formation and the binding of active oxygen forms.
- Antibacterial effect
- Sebum-regulating action. The lipophilicity of salicylic and azelaic acids allows them to directly affect sebocytes and reduce their activity. In parallel, azelaic acid significantly reduces the activity of five alpha reductase.
- Whitening effect. Provided by the effect of acids on tyrosinase in melanocytes.
Peeling "Derma Clean" is effective in solving the following problems:
- Chloasma
- Acne vulgaris in active form
- Rosacea (papulopustular form)
- Oily skin, seborrhea, seborrheic dermatitis
- Hyperpigmentation after mechanical damage (post-acneesthetic hyperpigmentation)
- Age-related changes in facial skin
"Derma Clean" is easily tolerated.
During the procedure, you may feel discomfort, which may manifest itself as temporary burning, irritation and redness.
Contraindications:
- Individual intolerance to azelaic and salicylic acids.
- Active manifestation of viral skin infections (herpes, molluscum, viral warts).
- Increased insolation.
Directions for use (face, neck, décolleté, back):
Problem skin:
1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with "Cleansing Gel for Problem Skin"
2. Degrease the skin with Sebo-norma lotion or tonic for normal/oily skin. Wipe off any remaining moisture (tonic) from the skin with a soft napkin.
3. Protect sensitive areas of the face: apply the protective cream “Protect” to the eyelid and lip area.
4. Take 2 ml of peeling in a separate glass or plastic container and distribute the peeling with a thin brush.
The exposure duration is from 1.5 to 10 minutes.
! The duration of exposure is determined individually, depending on the skin type and reaction.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water.
6. Neutralize the Derma Clean peeling with the Stopeel neutralizer applied to a cotton pad.
If necessary, repeat the neutralization procedure.
7. Wipe with a toner according to your skin type.
8. Apply the Relax mask for 20 minutes, rinse with cool water. Wipe with a toner according to your skin type.
9. Apply Aqua-visio cream to the eye and lip area.
10. Complete the procedure by applying Sebo-Norma cream or cream from the Tea-Myrtle series.
11. Before going outside, apply Protect sunscreen.
Photoaging:
1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with “Cleansing Gel” according to your skin type.
2. Degrease the skin with a toner for normal/oily skin. Wipe off any remaining moisture (toner) from the skin with a soft napkin.
3. Protect sensitive areas of the face: apply the protective cream “Protect” to the eyelid and lip area.
