Phosphotidylcholine Toskani Phosphocol
Indications
- Cellulite III-IV degree
- Localized cellulitis
Phosphatidylcholine, sodium deoxycholate. It has a lipolytic effect (localized cellulite). Phosphatidylcholine has a lipotrophic mobilizing effect that increases the fluidity or permeability of the fatty membrane, which promotes the outflow of the lipid component. This is due to fatty acid saturation (when saturation decreases, permeability increases).
Lecithin works by enhancing the action of enzymes that break down lipids from the cell membrane. In adipose cells, this action increases the fluidity and permeability of the adipose membrane, thereby facilitating the release of fat from within and subsequent resorption. Sodium Deoxy is the sodium salt of deoxycholic bile acid.
Reduces surface tension and emulsifies fat, enhancing the action of lipase. Consequently, fats become water-soluble, aiding in their solubility and purification.
Phosphocol is used for small localized fat deposits in patients with ideal body weight or slightly overweight. Used for small localized lipodystrophy (back, arms, abdomen, thigh fat), it is a very effective tool for correcting unsightly fat deposits.
