PhotoGlow cosmetic drone is a macroscopic capsule containing an extract of Chlorella Vulgaris in a shell of biocompatible and biodegradable binding peptides (ligands). The external ligand directs the capsules to specific cells with receptors. Peptides recognize receptors on the membrane of epidermal cells, bind to them and the drone with active ingredients penetrates the target cell by endocytosis. After the composite polymers of the capsule are naturally metabolized, the active ingredient is gradually released in the target cell.
