This toner is ideal for skin showing signs of dehydration, sensitivity, loss of tone, and the first signs of aging. pH: 5.0–6.0

Directions for use:
After cleansing or exfoliating, apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad or your palms. Gently spread over your face, neck, and décolleté. Allow to absorb before applying cream or serum.
