Neutralizer for perm hair
Apply after a perm or straightening cream. Restores keratin hair. Updates keratin chains. Restores the natural pH level of the scalp and hair.
Application:
After applying the chemical wash, rinse the head with water, without removing the bobbin. Towel to remove excess water. Pour a small amount of neutralizer into the applicator, and then apply it to each bobbin several times.
To sustain 5-10 minutes, then gently unfold the bobbins (not to damage the hair), apply the remaining amount of neutralizer on the hair and hold for another 5 minutes.
