The cream contains a highly stable derivative of vitamin C - synthesized in Japan, called AA2G, it actively affects the process of collagen formation, has a moisturizing and brightening effect. Vitamin C is the most common antioxidant in human skin.
Active forms of oxygen, as aggressive chemical agents, destroy the skin, damaging the cell membrane, DNA and collagen. A unique complex consisting of vitamins A, E, B, H, arnica and witch hazel extract in combination with AA2G is a "trap" of free radicals, they slow down oxidative processes in the skin, prevent the appearance of wrinkles, and have a lightening effect.
For home care, the cream can be applied up to 4 times a day.
Ascorbyl glucoside (AA2G) is natural vitamin C (ascorbic acid) stabilized with glucose. This combination allows for the benefits of vitamin C to be effectively and easily incorporated into cosmetic products. When creams or lotions containing this ingredient are applied to the skin, alpha-glucoside, an enzyme found in the skin, interacts with AA2G to gradually release vitamin C.
Ascorbyl Glucoside was originally developed in Japan as a quasi-drug used in cosmetic products to brighten overall skin tone and reduce pigmentation (age spots and freckles). Further research revealed other beneficial properties of the ingredient, and today Ascorbyl Glucoside is used worldwide not only for lightening, but also to refresh dull skin, prevent aging, and in sunscreen products.
