Lightening powder for bleaching hair Nouvelle Decoflash Refill White

Decoflash brightening powder with an innovative formula designed for any professional brightening technique

Lightens hair up to 6 tones. The perfect combination of ingredients, which include proteins, wheat grains, allows you to combine high lightening ability, extreme ease of use and protection of hair. Lightening is intense, but the structure of the hair is not damaged.

When mixed with the oxidizing agent, Decoflash forms a soft, homogeneous cream that does not foam or freeze. +

APPLICATION: Mix Decoflash with Nouvelle Cream Peroxide oxidative emulsion in a ratio of 1: 2 (50 ml Decoflash + 100 ml oxidative emulsion). The percentage composition of the oxidizer and the exposure time are selected in accordance with the initial state of the hair and the desired level of clarification.

IMPORTANT: Before use, you must thoroughly mix Nouvelle Decoflash with an emulsion oxidant for 1-2 minutes to obtain a viscous emulsion.
