DR.SPILLER Cleansing Line Hydro-Marin® Freshener - Refreshing Toner

Refreshing toner Hydro Marine “Sea Moisture” soothes and moisturizes the skin, restores the pH level. Suitable for all skin types and for the eye area.

Restores the hydro-lipid mantle of the skin, normalizes its pH

Indication: for moisturizing even the most sensitive skin.

Active ingredients : kelp extract; essential oils of mint, mandarin, lavender, coriander, lemon, grapefruit, orange blossom, juniper, bergamot; panthenol.

How to use : moisten a cotton swab with tonic and wipe the delicate skin around the eyes, face, neck in the morning and evening. In the professional program Tonic Hydro Marine is used to activate the Hydro Marine collagen mask.
