The My Shaldan Peach fragrance Peach 4666 - the only fragrance in the world which is absolutely safe for health of the person. What makes this result? Thanks to Limonen.
Limonen has been found in citrus fruit essential oils and other plants. OH is the main aromatic component of oranges. A limonene molecule (C10-H16) exists in two forms, which are a mirror image of each other: l-limonene, which has a smell of turpentine, d-limonene, which has a pleasant orange smell. Molecules with other configurations have different odors.
D-limonene is a compound known as "lemon extract", the highest concentration of which is contained in lemon juice.
L-limonene is one of the components of citrus fruits, responsible, including the smell.
The level of limonene is extremely high in the peel. In juices with pulp it is much higher than in juices without it. 900-1000ml lemonade with pulp contains about 500 mg of D-limonene.
Limonen got its name from lemon - the fruit with the greatest amount of this substance, as well as one of the first fruits in which limonene was found.
Limonen is found in: lemon and lime; orange essential oils that are responsible for aroma; in mandarin and grapefruit oils; in cardamom.
