The knowledge gained in the esoteric experience is highly subjective, therefore there is no single esoteric teaching.
Still Pythagoras, Plato and Aristotle called the word "esoteric" the secret doctrine transmitted only to some disciples (esotericists). In the course of history, esotericism took various forms of practical interpretation of the secret teachings; now it includes traditionally: magic, alchemy, astrology, Gnosticism, Kabbalah, Theosophy, Sufism, Yoga, Vajrayana (Buddhist Tantrism), Masonry, Anthroposophy, Mondialism.
What is esotericism? From Ancient Greek this word can be translated as "internal". Essentially, esotericism is a collection of special ways of perceiving the reality around us, and psycho-spiritual practices aimed at expressing the secret content of this reality.
