Dermophisiologique СONTROL C5 - Correction of deep wrinkles

Specially studied wrinkle care line - the most pronounced manifestation of skin aging - through anatomical and functional restoration of dermo-epidermal junction, synthesis of skin proteins and their protection from matrix metalloproteinases (MMP).

Advanced technology and the most innovative active ingredients for action aimed at structures that protect the skin and give it continuous renewal, density, strength and initial resilience.

IMPORTANCE OF DERMO-EPIDERMAL CONNECTION IN WRINKLE FORMATION

The most important role for the health and excellent appearance of the skin was recognized due to the basement membrane, also called “dermo-epidermal junction” (GDE), which is responsible for the connection between the dermis and the epidermis and for cellular cohesion (adhesion). Its characteristic structure, consisting of irregularities, dermal papillae alternating with troughs, epidermal plugs, flattens and thinates with aging, thus reducing adhesion and protection of the epidermis, as well as cellular cohesion (adhesion). This is caused by a decrease in the protein that forms the dermo-epidermal junction (GDE): laminin IV and collagen IV. Reduction of the connection between the dermis and the epidermis and cellular cohesion (adhesion) with the extracellular matrix is caused by reduced stimulation of the location of RGD integrins, membrane proteins responsible for connection and cell migration and, therefore, for epidermal circulation. The change in cell turnover in combination with the flattening of the dermo-epidermal junction (GDE) lies at the base of the skin fold, i.e. the epidermal change of the wrinkle. All this is associated with a decrease in skin proteins, in particular, collagen, elastin, and fibronectin - a connective protein of cells with collagen fibers, which leads to an irreversible narrowing of the skin, and, consequently, to the formation of a skin fold. THE SKIN PACKAGE IN THE BASIS OF THE SURFACE WRINK CONNECTED TO THE SKIN PACKAGE, RESPONSIBLE FOR A DEEP WRINKLE, FORMING A PERMANENT WRINKLE - A SIGNIFICANT PROGRESSIVE AGING.

INTEGRINES

Proteins present on the cell membrane and regulate cell adhesion, migration and growth.

CONTROL C5 LINE ACTION

- restores the anatomy and physiology of the dermo-epidermal junction, therefore, the connection between the dermis and the epidermis through the synthesis of structural proteins that form the skin base, such as: laminin IV, fibronectin, collagen III.
- restores cell turnover, self-healing of the epidermis through the reactivation of integrin membrane proteins.
- strengthens the structure of the dermis through the synthesis of elastin and collagen III proteins and reduces their damaging metalloproteinases (MMP), collagenase and elastase.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS OF THE CONTROL C5 LINE

CYCLOPEPID-5
This is the first cyclic biomic selective peptide, therefore, with specific actions and objectives. Thanks to its clever design, Cyclopeptide-5 offers a high level of selectivity for its biological purpose: the location of the GRD integrin. It is made “in size” to adapt to the cellular receptors of the skin. In particular, it recognizes integrins of fibroblasts and keratinocytes as receptors.
When the peptide enters, like a key in the keyhole, the location of the integrins, it reactivates the normal processes of cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (ECM) and cellular communication, which also reactivates the communication and restoration of the skin.

Cyclopeptide-5 fills the wrinkle, restoring both the epidermal and dermal parts, returns the skin its density and resistance to stretching and compression, and also reactivates the initial elasticity of the skin, preventing the occurrence of a dermatogenic contracture.

Cyclopeptide-5 actions:
- Stimulates the self-healing process of the epidermis, connecting with integrins;
- Reactivates the communication processes between the epidermis and the dermis, and, consequently, the cell turnover;
- Strengthens the skin base, reconstructing the dermo-epidermal compound (GDE), because it stimulates the production of proteins that make up its composition: laminin IV and collagen IV;
- Increases the density, elasticity and elasticity of the skin, stimulating the intercellular matrix through the synthesis of fibronectin, collagen III and elastin;
- Protects the fibers of the dermis from the destructive action of metalloproteinases (MMP).

NATURAL ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

GLYCIN, LYSINIPROLIN. Amino acid elastin precursors.

EXTRACT PLANKTON. Increases the content of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) at the cellular level.

EXTRACT CENTELLES ASIAN TRITERPENES . Molecule capable of stimulating a fibroblast in the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and elastin.

LIKOPIN. This is a double-acting molecule: if the skin lacks vitamin A, it serves as a precursor and through biochemical reactions is converted into vitamin A. If this is not necessary, the molecule functions as a natural antioxidant, neutralizing harmful free radicals.

PANTENOL . Activates cell biochemistry to stimulate epidermal growth;

HYALURONIC ACID . The highly moisturizing molecule combines water about 1000 times heavier than its weight, both in the epidermis and in the dermis;

INNOMATABLE MATTERS OF OIL CARIT . Molecules are able to stimulate a fibroblast in the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and endogenous elastin;

RICE BRAN OIL . It is useful for its softening properties, as well as a natural UV filter, due to the presence of gamma oryzanol;

CERAMIDES 1, CERAMIDS 3, CERAMIDE 6II . Molecules are responsible for regulating the evaporation of water into the environment (TEWL). They form intercornyocyte cement and are vital to ensure the function of epidermal cells during the keratinization process.

OIL OF BLACK CURRENT . Vegetable oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids necessary for the proper construction of ceramides.

RESULT:

The wrinkle is filled from the inside with the help of the synthesis of new proteins, the reactivation of cell turnover and the self-healing system of the epidermis.

Thin and deep lines are stretched and compacted deep into, due to the growth of the natural initial elasticity and renewal of the dermo-epidermal junction. The skin is intensively saturated, compacted and strengthened, thanks to the restoration of the connection between cells and protein.
